What space is required?
A flat, open area approximately 20’ x 30’ is recommended for the standard setup.
What surfaces work best?
Grass, packed dirt or pavement surfaces will work the best. Extremely soft ground or steep slopes will not be suitable.
What happens in case of inclement weather?
Light rain is manageable. Severe weather, high winds or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling.
Is power required?
No external power is required. All equipment operates on managed battery rotation systems.
Is the experience supervised?
Yes. All events are professionally supervised with structured operator rotation to ensure safety and engagement.
What is required to reserve a date?
A signed agreement and 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Is this a drop-off event?
No. A responsible adult host must remain present throughout the event. Yellow Iron Ops RC provides a structured activity experience, not childcare supervision.
